Don't you pay sales tax when you sell it yourself, so trade-in will save you around 9% of the sale price. I chose to sell my car myself, I got $4K more selling it myself than taking the trade-in offer.

I'm picking up my Tesla tomorrow and this is really scary. Could you please update the thread when Tesla gets back to you, I'm hoping this is a sensor issue and not a software issue. If it's the latter it effectively removes park assist as an option for me :(
