I have the same issue. I used to keep it at “1” which I believe is time based, think it’s “1” started at 2 seconds and increased from there. But 2 is too far away for some traffic situations, like when I’m in stop and go traffic, I keep getting cut off, now I have to keep my foot on the “gas”...
Don’t do it. I got my cameras replaced and it disables my radar. I now can’t cruise over 85(which I rarely do, but if I go faster to pass a vehicle it gets mad and disables my autopilot for the rest of my drive, like I’m a 12 year old in time out) I also can no longer select 1 as a follow...
In theory it should work, but I’m not going to take that chance, the car uses AT&T, and I have T-Mobile, so it’s more likely that the car will have signal and I won’t. Looks like it’s best to just always carry the key with me.
