Another update: Went by the site May 26th, you can plugin, but still no power ... it is just a matter of time!!! It is not on the Tesla map yet, but I did notice that they put an opening soon marker for the chargers on Western and Redondo Beach Blvd. I assume that is at the Tozai Plaza...

Drove by a few times this week and it looks like "work" is done. How long does it usually take to get a final review and open up to the public? :)
