thanks, I did record it on video with some decent footage noting the shuddering sound. I hope thats enough to get them to repair as i wasnt able to duplicate it with the mobile technician last week.

I checked again, mine look fine, ill take a picture and note the mileage. I didnt see anything concerning.

if i produce the service bulletin at the time of visit, are they still going to test drive it to reproduce the vibration/noise before fixing or is SC legally bound to the repair based on the bulletin?
