Here comes the first report of many no doubt...

Bloomberg - Are you a robot? I await the inevitable tax from the Government when loads of people have been persuaded to move over to EVs. Thoughts?

Winter tyres on the performance model 3

On my current ICE car I have summer wheels/tyres and a seperate set of winter wheels/tyres. I told my insurers (Direct Line), but they admitted they did not mind as this is not classified as a modification according to them anymore.

Real World Model 3 UK Experience

How do people think 'spirited' driving i.e. not hanging around will affect the range? Will it plummet?

    Home charging options

How is everyone choosing what they want for a home charger? There are loads, the Tesla seems the simple one to get but it seems there are others that are better. Anderson, Rolec and Pod Point seem the most popular. As others have mentioned it’s a minefield.

Any Model 3 RHD Test Drives Yet?

True but Cambridge is in one of the shopping arcades right in the middle of town. It's a real pain in the ass to get to it :)

Any Model 3 RHD Test Drives Yet?

    Model 3 Leasing UK

Does anyone know what the typical excess mileage fees are? I typically do 15-20k miles pa and am trying to work out if it's cheaper to go with 5k and pay the excess or try and get a deal for 20k. Thanks all.

    Company Purchase of M3

I am also thinking of a M3 for a company purchase. I am a freelancer running a Ltd company but was looking at leasing, for the reason that technology is advancing so quickly that in 3 years there will probably another Tesla or equivalent with better tech to replace it with. Rather than having to...

    Owning Tesla in rural areas

Thanks for these answers - very useful. What about the etiquette at say hotels? These only have 1 maybe 2 points, what happens if someone checks in at 3 or 4pm and leaves their car plugged in until the following morning when they check out. You can't use it at all and their car might be full...

    Owning Tesla in rural areas

Do you find that the superchargers at service stations are in use and you have to wait? Or is this rare?

    Owning Tesla in rural areas

Thank you for the replies. I was not aware of A Better Routeplanner which is very useful and the advice of the chademo adapter. It suggests I would need 0:20 charge on either my outward or return journey at Northampton for my week with possible topups during the working week. I guess this just...
