I made my payment after the car was delivered to my home. I was a cash buyer. Once I made the payment on their website, I could open the car with the app. I'm surprised you don't have a payment option and email requesting payment. I had those at the same time I received the VIN. Good luck!

For me I added FSD shortly after delivery. It was taxable in CA whether ordered with car, or bought later. The advantage of ordering FSD after delivery was being able to pay via credit card and earn a little cash back on the purchase.

My car was also delivered with 2021.3.103 on 6/21. I first noticed the software update in the app today around 5PM. I immediately kicked it off. Hopefully you have the update by now, or will get it very soon.
