Looks like they are rolling it out to southern California customers. Only a few in northern California. Maybe something to do with PG&E. Hope the rest of us get it soon.

I'm on the latest firmware for both. Does it require to call them? Or will they roll it out by themselves. Would like to hear somebody's experience if they have the functionality.

I don't think anyone has posted on here having TOU pushed to them. No idea if it requires both a PW firmware and app update.

I select self powered. 50% reserve because it's been raining and cloudy. I use google wifi mesh system.

Got 1.15.0 PG&E. No TOU in app after update. Update was 95MB.

Got 1.12.0. Nothing regarding TOU under customize or other parts of the app. Maybe requires a Mobile app update as well.

Another way to get 1.11.2 or higher? I am stuck on 1.10.2. And as my picture shows it says I must update the system in order to receive the latest update. Which is a bit odd. Pretty much saying I can't update without an update.

Ok I got in and it is showing me this when I try and update. Powerwall is connected via Cellular it says. Won't let me connect to my Eero system. Maybe because it doesn't differentiate between 2.4 vs 5 Ghz. If I can, would it be best to set up wifi? Cellular in my area is terrible.

I am not sure why. They just said to connect it to my router. Ok, I was able to find the IP address by holding down on option key on my Mac then clicking the wifi icon up top. Now I can see information say as app and it say run wizard but require installer email and password.

It doesn't don't do anything. On both TEG-XXX or my Network. The access point is hardwired to my router. I am using the IP address that my router says is for the Neo SolarCity gateway/access point(black box). I've tried multiple browsers. Not able to access wizard. Is IP supposed to be on...

How did you find your gateway's IP address? I checked my router and found one, it's for my solarcity/Tesla gateway or access point they gave me to connect to my router. Not sure where else to look.

Is my access point or gateway or power walls giving off a wireless signal? The one that is TEG-XXX. Sorry for all the questions. I am just not sure how I am supposed to get access to the setup wizard. Any other ideas of how to get software updated to power walls?
