Problems ordering from shop.tesla.com?
I've been trying to place an order on shop.tesla.com for several days now and am having no luck. Has anyone else tried to order? I've tried 3 computers and 3 browsers. Most of the time I can't add the item to the cart - a wheel sits and spins. Today I was able to add an item to the cart once... -

Sorry for the newbie question - I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but would someone mind to provide a primer about software versions and the update process? I just received a Model 3 a week ago and it's on 2019.12... and I'm thinking it should be on 2019.16... Shouldn't it have updated by now... -
