I agree and I have. In my experience using the stalk is superior to a brake check.

A brake check is an alert to the driver behind you to take caution and slow down. Most drivers will do so and carry on with their day. Other drivers… not so much. For some of those, being brake checked is a significant emotional event that demands response. It is no joy to be on the wrong...

But tapping the brake may have unintended consequences whether using AP/FSD or FSD Beta. But to the point of the original post, automatically transitioning to TACC can be hazardous.

I have installed Tezlab and TeslaFi concurrently and my vehicle can and does sustain long periods of sleep, sometimes for many hours (e.g., 36 hours). Tezlab supports a sleep mode if you have need to access the app whilst my vehicle sleeps.

I never was assessed for unsafe following when using Autopilot. Are you mistaking TACC for Autopilot? Was the blue steering wheel icon visible during your AP highway drives?

If you have Tesla Insurance for that vehicle, then the Safety Score monitor is not removed.

My 2022 M3LR was delivered to me just before Christmas. Within days I received the v11 software update.

The last number probably indicates a hot fix build where the hot fix resolves an extraordinary (edge case, particular or unique equipment requirement, &c.) condition or circumstance.
