I got my M3 back yesterday. My SA told me that after speaking with the engineers, the car needed a firmware update. They did not swap out the PCS. Got home, plugged in, charged up at 32Amps, no issues. Hopefully everything will continue to work as intended.

A pre appointment update...this past Sunday, I plugged car into my 14-50 outlet, and amazingly, it began to charge at 32amps. Same thing yesterday(Monday). Called my SA, he said that's odd, but doesn't trust that it will continue to charge at full rate, and suggested I keep my appt to change out...
