The speed assist (or whatever it's called, can't remember at the moment) can be turned off can't it? Just go back to manually adjusting the speed like you did before 12.3. Not really worth trading for a different vehicle cause of it.

I was on 2023.12.5. Added FSD monthly subscription yesterday. The car immediately updated to 2023.12.9. Approximately 24 hours later am still waiting on 2023.12.10 to come through. I hope that it does soon.

Yes I do. My phone is on AT&T also. Had my car for 2 1/2 years. Never had this problem before.
