I'm experiencing similar behavior. I've rebooted the car multiple times in the last few days, but it doesn't change anything (ditto reseating the usb in both jacks.) I *did* notice something interesting: There is a pipe character ( | ) between the Tidal and Settings icons I never noticed before...

New owner here - I've been googling other users' challenges playing music from a USB in their Model 3. Most have expressed frustration in that folders play in order and there is no option to shuffle. I, of course, am the oddball. My Model 3 shuffles music within a folder instead of playing them...
