A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

Let me just finish with this. (And remember, in my original posting, I predicted that people would come on here and blame me for this but didn't expect the name calling, guess i should have). 1. You shouldn't have to remove your own tires in the parking lot, or bring your own tools/accessories...

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

Im done with this. I knew I shouldn't have posted it. I'll never do it again. You should be able to post an event like this and not have it turned around like it was my fault. or that Im a "Karen". Amazing. Bye.

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

That is so great. I love it. Again, this is why I was reluctant to even post this. Yep, its all my fault. What the hell would you have done? I had two places tell me they could not help me. And I KNEW they could. They just were ignorant about the process. I had NO options at all. At no point...

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

All I'm trying to say is that this is not acceptable and needs to be corrected somehow so it doesn't happen to someone else. That's all.

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

This is a Tesla problem, because who wants to own a car that people cant get easy repairs done? So, Tesla can either just wait around for these shops to come around and figure it out OR they can actively communicate to these places about how to work on a Tesla. It's not like I was at a...

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

You know what? You're right. What I went through over the past 24hrs was completely acceptable and in no way is this Tesla's problem. Thanks for the clarification. I knew I shouldn't have even posted this.

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

See! I knew the very first reply to my problem was going to be down play it and blame me! Its never Tesla's problem. And Im sooo sorry i didn't post it where I was supposed to. Unbelievable.

A FLAT should NOT be this difficult!

Traveling from Virginia (for a funeral) back home to michigan and had a rear flat tire near Hagerstown MD about 8pm on a Saturday. Made it to a gas station outside of town. Tire not repairable and would not hold air. Tesla had no "preferred" tow trucks in the area so called my insurance co. Flat...

    New 85kWH battery for my 2013 P85+

Looks like I did not win the battery lottery. Invoice reads: MDLS Reman (1088815-01-D) Same ol' charging rate at SC. Still hoping for more range than my old battery. Will charge fully tonight.

    New 85kWH battery for my 2013 P85+

I'm not sure of the current battery version. It has 114K miles. I was really surprised when they told me the battery needed replacing. It had degraded to about 139-142 miles at full charge, but otherwise was working fine.....until the car wouldn't turn on.

    CPO - Drive Unit Replacement

I am currently on my second cpo model S. My first (2013 60kwh) didn't make it out of chicago before it left me stranded. (one of the worst experiences of my life. I'd be glad to write it all out if anyone is interested.) They replaced the drive unit and I didn't have any issue for the duration...

    Supercharger - Gaylord MI

I was finally able to use the Gaylord SC yesterday! Pouring rain so I didn't take pics or anything. But, I did see brief fluctuations of 117-118 kW and got up to 366 mph of charge. Had about 18% SOC when I plugged in. That's the best that I have seen personally (although I must admit I usually...
