J1772 to Tesla Charging Adapter Issue - Charge Interrupted

Thanks for the alternate idea! As I've already invested in the other charger I would rather go the other way and have an adapter for my Tesla. It also charges the Tesla faster than the mobile connector.

J1772 to Tesla Charging Adapter Issue - Charge Interrupted

Hello, I have 2018 Performance Model 3. I had been using the Tesla 240v portable charger to charge my car. In the Fall my with bought a RAV4 Prime so we needed a different charging solution to charge both cars. I bought a new J1772 charger and started regularly using the J1772 to Tesla Charging...

After rotation, found out my rims were victims of California potholes...

Displayed range is actual, not ideal, right?

Why will limiting charge to 90% make the estimate more accurate? I read that charging to 75-80% daily is better for the long term life of the batttery.

Displayed range is actual, not ideal, right?

If it is showing the EPA range why does mine show 222 miles at 80% charge? That sounds to me like a number adjusted for my energy usage which is higher than a RWD model. The number used to be higher when I first got it. I am now at almost 5k miles. It feels in line with where it would be for...

Displayed range is actual, not ideal, right?

Hello, I just wanted to confirm with anyone who knows the actual info from Tesla. The number showed on the mileage range is a predicted actual and not ideal miles, correct? I ask because I have a P3D+ and the numbers shown look accurate for actual when calculating Wh/mi but very flow if ideal...

free super charging for P3D ordered before Aug 1?

I am in the same boat. The slow update is annoying. On the bright side, I just checked my credit card and I don’t see a charge for my one supercharging use yet.
