Ugh. I've been experiencing the same issue lately. I filed a support ticket with Tesla nearly 7 days ago now, and have yet to hear back. I'll probably attempt a full power cycle to the gateway as well.
Fortunately, it's not dented. Most of the abraised paint is wood dust, but probably wore off some layers of paint. And then I have that super nasty scratch that took the paint right off the aluminium. Any recommendations on what to do? I gave the service center a ping, as well as OCDetailing...
When I got my 75D in late June 2017, 90% was about 225-227mi, which was a little disappointing (not up to the 259mi EPA rating, or the higher numbers in sales office). I've driven it about 11.5k miles to date, and my 90% is now at about 220mi.
