Legitimate locations for superchargers in 2022/23

If I use the SC, should I be logging it with Plugshare? I didn't know that was a thing, but happy to make it a thing. I haven't used a non-Tesla charger yet - and for the other chargers I suspect it would be (more) helpful to log the experience. Because we get semi-live information (except...

Legitimate locations for superchargers in 2022/23

That's a helpful list, thank you. Where is that from? Mildura is a sizeable town (by Oz standards) - but more importantly it's on the main route from Sydney to Adelaide, which I suspect is the reason for it and Wagga Wagga and Renmark. If I lived in a smaller town, I wouldn't need the SC for...

So it turns out my new Model 3 is marginally wider than my old car [more kerbed wheels]

    I believe it's 140mm, or 5.5 inches in pre-science units.

Model 3 Standard Range vs. Long Range acceleration?

NOYB111, comparing with other cars you have owned or experienced may help. For example, I once had a 2002 (Australian) GM car with a 5.7 V8 and 320 HP. It could do 0-60 in about 6 secs. So the SR (RWD) at 5.3 secs is distinctly better than that. I would not call it "extreme", but still...

Watch Tesla Full Self-Driving Beta Work Wonders In A Slew Of Edge Cases

Very impressive. I love driving, but this looks like the car is making very competent decisions - in situations where most people don't love driving. I know others seem to be a tad dismissive, but when I was teaching my kids to drive, it was a long time into the process before they were let...

Anyone Getting Vibrations and Buzzing Noise While Stopped on 2021 M3??

Also, I see from Sandy Munro's video regarding the Model Y's heat pump isolation: "that shake does not turn into noise, vibration and harshness that you'd find inside the car". Unfortunately (and I don't have any problem with Sandy's very informative stuff), he is not necessarily correct. If...

Anyone Getting Vibrations and Buzzing Noise While Stopped on 2021 M3??

I have a Model 3 2021 Performance (since Jan 31) which also has the same sound/vibration from the video. It is definitely related to HVAC, but possibly not specifically AC (heat pump). I know this because (a) it happens even if stopped and/or in Park; (b) it does not happen when the AC system...

    Strange low frequency rumbling sounds.

Hello, this is also my first post - I registered specifically to respond to this. I have a Model 3 2021 Performance (since Jan 31) which also does the same, based on your very good description. It is definitely related to HVAC, but possibly not specifically AC (heat pump). I know this because...
