Why would some people not be able to utilize the tax credit?

There are a few used Tesla Model S for sale, some 2012, 2013 and 2014. What features would I be missing out on if I were to buy used vs a new one? I definitely want the supercharger, is that available on the previous years?

Oh I know the Vet is in a totally different class but the MS would satisfy that desire (or so he said :-) I think the 85D is probably the way we'd go. I think he was just so impressed with the stats of the P it got his interest but the 85D is plenty powerful for me!

We went to Brea too! We live in Riverside so the drive there and back were awful! The traffic around the mall was bad too but we did get to drive the winding back road. We never really got a chance to go fast because of the traffic though. I was thinking about going to the Palm Springs location.

Great! We went to the closer location but traffic getting there is horrific, especially during the week plus there's really nowhere to test the speed/power where we went yesterday.

I would be perfectly happy with the S85 in fact I wasn't even considering the P85 but once the guys started talking 0-60 and 1/4 mile times my husband was interested in the Performance model. We're going to go back this week to test drive the P85D since they didn't have time for us to do it last...
