Surviving the PG&E test?
I am aware of the five year vesting period of the ITC for commercial projects. Are you saying it also applies to homeowners claiming the ITC for residential photovoltaic? That would suck for those who move out of their homes and would have to pay back the tax credit.- Ikan_Besar
