I'm curious if anybody has had problems with their dog scratching the door panel at all? I take delivery in a week and I have a hammock, but the exposed doors have me a bit worried.

Same happened to me a couple of days ago. I emailed my ISA yesterday, might have to give her a call today if I don't get anything back. I am scheduled for June 2nd delivery.

I have the same issue of needing my family members signature to trade in. My ISA recommended that as well if I needed to do it. Luckily my family member is available on my delivery day.

I believe that the auto close is an option that you can turn on?

Same for me here... probably just a bug, with the volume of reservations they got, there was bound to be some issues.
