Hello, after winter i wanted to drive my roadster (2.0) but no power. I charged battery 1-2 month ago so big battery shows 66% (in OVMS) There is no power to doors, lights, power inlet. Only small display shows stuff, OVMS is working. I cant get to service menu. I unplugged 12v battery but...

it was easy to get, tesla delivered in about week, part number ASSY, SERVICE DISCONNECT PLUG 2003292 $0.00 1 bad side is price, it was about 180USD. Other think is that tempered plug is still in, car is fine, but I will have to remove it eventualy, a lot of stuff in plug is already damaged...

yea, it was it. I ordered new plug. But question remains, how to get plug out? we lubed it and some plastic is already falling off plug when pulled by pliers. Any ideas? It seems like plug is electricaly welded to the other part....

mine does not work when cabin outlet temp is showing incorrect temperature, (shows about 80C sometime). I would check this first, because heating is obviously stopped when cabin outlet too high. BTW anyone have idea how to replace cabin outlet heating sensor?:-)

yea, I would say overfill too, just but 22,3 BAR, does not look that high. I had overfill when 800g too, easy solution is to push HVAC vent for 1-2 secs and you should be allright. At worst you will know that overfilling was not the issue:-) But PEM overheating sound quite scary....

Wow those rear tires are dead. Is it normal to have insides of tires so worn? As quite new owner I still be doing first change... Those tires on car are way beyond functioning and is not obviously visible.... Is it with all roadsters like this? I suppose it was not caused by crash, many spots...

after hvac refill, (filled 750g and i still had to remove a little). All seems to work fine. Even Tcabinoutlet temp shows normal temp.
