yeah this is the same issue im having. But i cant access any of the service menus. Same firmware version.

I just disconnected the main power from the car (behind passenger seat) Took off the negative terminal of the 12v, then the positive. Waited 10 minutes. Connected positive terminal, then negative. Plugged back in main power disconnect. Rebooted MCU (brake + scroll wheel) and i still cant...

So you disconnected the 12v and put it back on, hard reset the MCU (brake + scroll wheel till T shows up)?

Has anyone found a fix to this?

Hello everyone, I have a 2018 model 3 long range RWD. I’m trying to access the service mode to see which parking sensor is affected. I was able to get into it before but now the menu keeps spinning. What do I do? I tried hard resetting the car too

Wooo hoo! It only took 45 days or so. TID are goated with their time table! Also it hasn't popped up in the app yet or the car! Soon hopefully.

You can't go wrong with a new mobile connector which is $200 on the website rn. I would also explore different companies who make a similar and sturdier product! So many options today. I'm going with a wall connector because I qualify for a $300 rebate! Best,

Kinda late but... An electrician came out and inspected my two different nema 14-50 plugs, found nothing wrong with them. I then went across town to borrow my friends mobile connector that I have been testing for the past two days - no error codes. Looks like something was wrong with my mobile...
