I was able to get the 35E category without any trouble by showing my MVPA since they couldn't locate it by VIN. This was at the SOS in Saginaw. Maybe try another branch if you are unsuccessful with your local one.

Man, I'm so envious of the people who live in California being able to get cars so quickly. Hopefully this means they are going to be doing a run of white. Hopefully I can get a car out of that batch!

The delivery window is September to November so they still have a bit before they miss that timing.

I have, but unfortunately it is the same story from them. I have no VIN so there is nothing they can do for me.
