I'm a former owner of a 2017 Chevrolet Volt. I reserved a Tesla Long Range AWD Model Y on March 15, 2019. I took delivery of my Model Y on June 14, 2020. I sold my Volt shortly after receiving my Model Y. I named my Model Y "YADUCK" - pronounced "Why a duck?" after a Marx Brother's routine.

I drive my Model Y almost every day, just not very many miles (typically no more than 15 miles per day. I charge at home using Level 2 charging (230V and 32 amps.) I currently charge using an AmazingE Fast 32 EVSE from ClipperCreek. The charging cord on the Tesla Mobile Connector is too short for my needs (I need a 24 ft to 25 ft length cord to be able to reach the Model Y charging port.)
