    [UK] 2022.36

I have heard of horror stories with new EV from Kia too about quality control. Looking back at my last car E-Class Estate by Mercedes. I still had quality issues in software such as phantom breaking, issues with GPS, rear trailer hook not coming out at times and they never issued a single...

Car adjusting speed for Speed Limits ?

MY LR AP only, is very unreliable on speed limits change. I developed the habit to hold the gear stalk down when approaching a speed sign and releasing it once passed the sign. This forces the car to change the speed up and down every time. Shame the car doesn’t do this automatically so well

    2022.20

2022.20.7 updated last night. this morning I used cars to get to C. London for work due to rail strike. Oh dear GPS precision is so off route. Navigation completely unreliable, car is displayed on map some 20 meters off actual position. I had to stop using Navigation all together, after taking...

Driving to France and Switzerland - advice needed

That is correct. Also since my last trip to Italy the app asks me to update my address in Italy! I have no address in Italy and the car is UK purchased and registered.

Driving to France and Switzerland - advice needed

to be clear, I had no issue with the Tesla Sat Nav, actually it worked really well. I had issues with ABRP (A better route planner). This is a third party application for which I purchased a monthly subscription, as I thought it would be useful for a long trip. Actually it was not that useful...

    Loose Model Y arm rest

I can confirm that there is a degree of side movement, but only when open (upright position). When closed (lower position) it is stable and don‘t feel any movement while driving.

Driving to France and Switzerland - advice needed

Having completed a return trip (2,100 miles) in May from London to Italy, via France and Switzerland, in MY LR, I‘d like to share the below with you. I had bad experience to rely on ABRP with subscription for the navigation. Planning was good, but, I ended up using only Tesla navigator while...

    [UK] 2022.16.x

Not related to this last update, but before 2022.16.1.1 I done 2,100 miles road trip across France, Switzerland and Italy. Not a single phantom braking event. Not even in the worse weather condition. Last Sunday in London Streets, I attempted to use tacc on an nearly empty long lane… The slam...

    [UK] 2022.16.x

Release notes on tracking website does say “only for specific hardware”. What actual hardware would be needed to have this engage? My YLR is 4 month old, why it doesn’t have “the specific hardware”

    [UK] 2022.16.x

Same release notes for model Y LR. No braking regeneration option. But “FSD looks alike” graphic has changed, providing more details about the surrounding.

    Model Y UK Delivery

Hi, I will collect my Y in red tomorrow at Bluewater. I was wondering if it would be ok to go a bit earlier or if they expect customers to be there at the exact collection time. Do I need to check-in at the Tesla store in Bluewater or just go straight to the car park? As I will get a taxi, which...

    Model Y UK Delivery

I had merc e-class with advanced pilot on it(full level 2 including lane change) and at times phantom breaking would trigger. It was more prominent in city driving then motorway.
