This ties in with my recent experience in a 2021 performance. Below 40% battery in temperatures around 6-11c (when I have tested it), the acceleration is SLOW. Workmate has a 2021 LR which is fine right down to 10% where he only then gets a little slower but still acceptable.

Can confirm the car is not in chill mode, demo mode, and has the latest software update. All these things were checked by Tesla as soon as I reported it. It was after that they downloaded the logs and said the car is within spec. I spent most of yesterday researching this issue and found a ton...
