Tiny paint scratch on my new model Y- can Tesla help with repair?

I stopped worrying about scratches a long time ago 😃

Opinion: what I think Tesla should do to "solve" FSD

I don't mind the mirrors folding in. Don't need them until I get in the car anyway. Even then, don't need them. But, yeah, nice party trick but too slow and clunky to be of real use

    Charging to 80% v 100%

Yeah, 80% is plenty for that daily commute. I do charge to 100% when I have a longer than 300 mile trip. About once a month

New FSD v12 automatic speed setting works pretty well

I found that disabling it and then increasing the off-set greatly helps. I'm at +20, but you'll need to experiment to come up with an off-set that suits your driving style

New FSD v12 automatic speed setting works pretty well

That was my first experience and I disabled after. Could have been something else. I'll give it another try

Opinion: what I think Tesla should do to "solve" FSD

Improvements are coming very quickly now. Hopefully, your issue in that area will be fixed soon

New FSD v12 automatic speed setting works pretty well

Stepping on the gas with the auto off-set does nothing for me (again, I haven't tried it on v12.3.3). Unless you brake, FSD controls the speed. I don't believe that the AI stack works like that. It doesn't "remember" what you've done on your drives. Tesla decides what data is considered proper...

New FSD v12 automatic speed setting works pretty well

Haven't tried it on v12.3.3, but I didn't like the feature on v12.3.1. Too slow under most circumstances pissing off Jersey drivers behind me

Opinion: what I think Tesla should do to "solve" FSD

I've had a very favorable experience with FSD over the last couple of years. However, there are locations where the vehicle behaves erratically. I usually disengage for those areas and don't normally try again until the next update (improvements, even from the neural system, will only come with...

Would it be O.K to leave Model 3 unplugged for 5 weeks?

Why the 70% or the 55% charge limits? 100% will provide greater peace of mind, especially if it take the OP hits a snag and gets delayed. Charging to 100% a few times over the life of the car will not have any meaningfully affect on battery life

Model Y rear seat gap and tilted right.

Agree. Even in a $200k car I don't think I would have noticed this detail. This goes to show how good cars have gotten (not just Tesla) in the last 30 years

Can I share a charger and have my neighbor bill me?

Agree and I wouldn't do it. If there is any substantial property damage or loss of life, you will be part of the legal nightmare

3.5 year MYLR update 179.7k miles

Good thing it's not a 9-5 job or your commute would be 6 hrs/day lol

Improvement ideas for Superchargers - and who to contact?

Carry an air pump, windshield washer fluid, Windex, and paper towels/micro towels in the frunk. Most charging stations that I've been to are in strip malls or shopping centers, so restrooms and a quick bite are readily avail

    FSD 12 and highway merge

I've been using FSD almost 2 years and this highway merge behavior is rare, but does happen at specific exits and can be a very uncomfortable experience. NJ Turnpike N exit 17 to Lincoln Tunnel is an extreme example with the car crossing 2-3 lanes within 1 sec at 60+ MPH 😬. I normally disengage...
