Interesting! That's actually quite a bit better than I was expecting on the power draw. I just realized (just got my Y so still learning the ins and outs) that the 12v outlet is in the cargo area. That's a bit of a problem for me as I intend to fold the rear seats and sleep in the back. Guess...

Have you tried it yet? I recall reading something about the 12V being iffy for dedicated usage by something drawing a lot of power. Something about a 12v to 110v adapter overheating.

Is the matte noticeable when watching netflix or youtube videos? I understand it would help reduce any glare on the screen which would improve the visibility, but what about without glare? Does it noticeably degrade the picture quality?

Anyone else encounter a weird problem where if you select a song from your library or even ask it to play a specific artist or album... it only plays the one song? And won't let you skip to a different song without manually selecting another song?
