I thought any commercial company like Carmax had to strip the FSD before reselling it?

2019 model S 20k miles. Hit pothole, cracked rim, and car pulling to left. When getting rim fixed, discovered back tires worn on inside. Bought four new tires, then took to get alignment and it still pulls to the left when accelerating. ALSO, my FSD seems really off…I felt like it was hugging...
