FYI - temporary workaround for app to connect to car on 5.12 is to turn off energy saver mode; preventing the car from going to sleep. I have been talking to support about this issue and it is now known and a fix is currently in development.

I also just upgraded to 5.12 and have not been able to connect to the app. Have been in touch with service about it as well. The rep I spoke with said she hasn't personally been hearing of issues yet but not too many people have 5.12 yet.

Was a lot of fun - glad I got to participate (white tesla). And it was great seeing so much interest in our beautiful cars!

I'd be down -- I have a white S85 and live less than half a mile from Hillsborough.

I just came from a long roadtrip after installing 5.9 and have had multiple spontaneous reboots as well. This never happened to me on 5.8.10- I'm writing it off as being some sort of bug; hopefully it will get fixed in 5.9.1. ;)

I actually have been enjoying reactions from valet attendants. The first time I did it (had to) was a bit nervous but pretty cool to see it on the app. Also when the car was returned to me the valet said to me "wow i love this car - so cool, like a space ship" -- that made me feel great.

This car has been nothing short of amazing. I picked up my White S85 back on Friday at the Factory. The tour was incredible but most importantly made me feel very connected to the car during delivery, having seen how it was just made. Driving off the lot, I was filled with a bit of anxiety...

Just jumped to getting prepared for delivery!

After checking my status daily for over a month I'm finally in production! Can't wait until delivery next Friday-- it's getting real up in here. Now, payment time. Really getting real. ;)

If you're on the fence/about to finance through Alliant I would do it ASAP! I just secured my 1.49% APR but was told that rates would be raised as of 2/26-- so do it now.

Got my VIN! So excited to finally see something change on my dashboard. Looks like I'll be #32414. I like it.
