This is helpful. Actually, I thought it was recommended we wash/have our cars washed by hand and to not use an automatic car wash. Interesting that some of you do wash the car through a car wash. Will consider. Appreciate the information.

Also had the same issue when I first purchased the car. Lately, the app has worked fine. May be an AT&T issue. May be the phone. May be the app. Makes me tired.
