Hi, I have a 2015 S with the same issue. I can hear the motor when I press the handle but nothing happens. I pressed software and then did a press hold on the image but nothing happened? The image on the top of the screen of the car? Is my car too old to have this feature? I can hear the motor...

Same. Except that I read here somewhere that it "should" work with the app. I have tried multiple batteries. It seems the only thing that doesn't work with the "battery too low," is the summon feature.

Everything online says all Model S cars have suspension options. I went to Controls -> but I don't have any options for suspension or "Jack Mode" (in Service).How can I manually get my car into ha higher suspension? Thanks in advance!

I bought all-weather mats and only needed the driver mat. The passenger and back seat mats are still in the box, brand new. I paid $175 for all three. Willing to let go of the two for $75 OBO. Please let me know! I am in San Diego, But I'll ship them if you want.
