I had the same problem (Allow Mobile Access message) with my 2021 3. It seemed to come out of nowhere - one morning; all of a sudden the phone key, the walkaway lock, location service, etc. all stopped working on the phone app. Then I deleted the app off my phone, and reloaded it from the App...
