We have 2021 Model S Long Range. The car has been serviced multiple time for the safety restraint system needing service. They service the vehicle it goes away and then returns a few weeks later. Has anyone had similar problems that have not been resolved?

Thumping, slipping from front tires when making U Turn or sharp lock to lock turn. Is anyone having a similar experience? I have brought it in for service three times with no solution.
