Update: they replaced the entire modem from the service log... not sure how sw update leads to hardware failures

I’ve turned in my car for service got an eta of 4th... 2 days for a simple fix 😳

Hi, I updated my model y to the latest update of 2021.44.30.7 and now I don’t have lte network and phone app doesn’t connect with the car. This wasn’t the case before the update.
