    Installing Wall Connector is better than NEMA 14-50

    In Japan, there is no '14-50' identification; the tesla plug states 'JP-ADAPTER 16A 250V, a very different configuration than for the '14-50'. My question is - Is the GFIC breaker a required object for the electrician to install?
