I suspect, nothing. The seat heaters are not in the cover, but generally a heating element that sits between the cushion and the cover. You can also see on the white cover a black tag which I suspect indicates air bag. Generally special stitching is used around the air bag that will break...

I have/had something similar, and for me (and a few others base don my research) that it can come from the hinge area for the back part of the seat. Service came out for a different item, and added some foam into the hinge area which got rid of the noise, mostly.

I wish they sold the gloss silver in 19 x 9.5. They seem to only have them in 18s.

That is unfortunate, and I appreciate that you attempted it. I wonder if you contacted Tesla service if they will enable it or if they would basically act as if it can't be done.

Really looking forward to the results. It is the number 1 feature I miss, even if it isn't perfect, it is better than being blinded by cars behind me.
