Driver Seat Creaking Sound
Yup, I have a September 2021 build LR which does the same exact thing. It also sounds like a creaky chair and comes from higher up on the backrest and not the rails.- Korchva

You first make sure window lock is off and turn off the wifi toggle on the car. Then you tap the window lock on and off twice with a 1 second pause between taps. Hopefully this helps. -

HPWC not working
Hey @gcgp did you end up figuring out the issue with your charger? I have the exact same symptoms when I try to plug into a 2021my and it is a gen 1 hpwc.
