Does anyone experience the same problem? The second row seat (right side) got stuck and locked in place. Cannot move or change or put the seat back to normal position. I had the same issue last year when I took delivery and Tesla replaced the whole seat. I didnt use the seat since replaced...

You are still lucky. My Tesla service center does not want to look at it until our first service appointment (for scratches on window glass) in the next 10 days. They have to order new glass. Until then, they are not going to look at the seat. Feel very annoying.

I tried, its dead. Couldnt move up or down or fold back. Could not slide the seat too.

Just took delivery of model x refresh few days ago for 7 seaters. Has anyone experienced this? This seat is dead. Cannot fold back even manual. Press the button behind the seat but not hearing anything.

I tried the lightshow. Didnt open the fwd itself…

Took delivery today. Gaps are perfect. Kinda regret on 7 seaters because leg rooms are too small, prob not fit kids (feel useless) lol there is a small scratch on the driver side windows, not sure if they are going to touch up or replace the whole window. Other than that, I do not see anything...

I dont think they have mats for 7 seaters yet. Maybe I am wrong?
