seriously! any other car that i've owned when i need to bring it in for service i could just drive to their service center and they'll accept my car, tesla the earliest schedule i could get is 2 weeks from now. then a simple fix takes them a couple of days minimum where other manufacturers takes...

called them, even went to service center and release center. all of them had no clue what to do. just told me to log out and log back in or uninstall then reinstall and this is the first time they've seen or heard about this problem.

tried that the first time schedule button disappeared and didn't work. Media button also only comes out when car is on.

got mine exactly 12 days after i placed my order. but it's been back twice for repair since i got it. 1st repair took 4 days and 2nd one 5 days in and still with them.
