we live in a gated community so this is definitely worth it for me. Opens the front gate when we drive up to the neighborhood then opens the house when we drive up to our garage.. It does sometimes fail when backing out of the garage (maybe 20% of the time) after doing some reading it looks...

Vin on 10/20 (first day of my 10 day window), Documents, deposit done 10/21, picking up today 10/22 .... received a text on the morning of the 20th and initial call from the service center the afternoon of the 20th. too.
