Air conditioning system misbehaves
My 2019 Model 3 Long-range AWD (Norway) behaves in a similar way. It doesn't have a heat pump.- larstobi

No heated steering wheel? (Leaf and Bolt have it)
I have estimated delivery of mine in early 2019 in Norway. My guess is that it will come closer to when they open up for deliveries to other countries, especially ones with colder winters, like Canada and Norway.
