We only want upgrade for out of warranty packs. My 2013 85 pack is dead. I want a 90 pack. A guy on here got a 90 pack installed in his 85 car. My SC says they don't sell them. Then comes back and says must upgrade suspension. It's the same pack. They just want more money.

Just got email. To install new 90 pack I must upgrade suspension. NOT. Used 85 pack is a 90 set at 85. A new real 90 pack is same as 85 according to weight specs. This sounds like let's add more to quote so we can jack up price?? opinion??

Manager at local dealer said if it goes to auction, Tesla will remove free super charging before they send it out the door. Cars are showing up on other lots, coming from auction. If u get from private owner it's transferrable. I got mine from private owner. I had to show proof of ownership...

Yes. They never got back. I had a dead car. Tesla said pack was dead. Tesla wanted 15k. It died of BMS_029 death. I called, emailed a hundred times, no reply. I got it replaced by another vender.

I got update yesterday at830am. Went out to car got battery maximum has been reduced. Change battery charge to lowered amount. I am down to 95 miles now, still won't charge. I reckon they bricked my car when they saw I put in a replacement pack myself.

I requested refund. Got two page crap about warranty still good. To busy to build monitors. Etc etc.
