Yes, you can pay from the website after checking out the car. The payment takes effect immediately. That's how I did it too when I picked up my MS.

Yeah, Chase & Bank of America. Also, just confirming - payments from multiple bank accounts work, right? I was trying to make a test $5 payment today when I was adding my chase bank account. But I couldn't find an option on Plaid to type the amount to pay, it was defaulting to full payment.. ;/
