This is awesome and do believe the stock is actively being kept down. Just waiting for the pressure to reach critical mass. I have been buying shares but i'm also cautious. I have never owned a stock before. :)

Depends, I picked mine up, made a road trip out of it. Plus I was trading in my previous car so it made everything simple. Also they showed me a lot of stuff about my car at the store.

I drove by today and it still is empty with a big leasing sign in front. I didn't see any indication that it was being renovated or had "opening soon" signs. It would be a good spot since its already set up for dealing with cars, whether to sell or fix them or even for delivery. That Icon...

I've been told by my dad that it is possible that some banks do that. Its probably not a very common thing but I can see it being a thing if you deal with the bank directly. They might ask you if you will put a down on it before they tell you what they can do for you. Anyways, its more anecdotal...

WHen I called the Tesla store where I was going to pick mine up they said the delivery dates on the site when ordering are mostly for California and surrounding areas. Took about 2 months to get my LR AWD M3 in Montreal. All the while it kept saying "Within 2 weeks" on my Tesla account. lol

Yes. In my case I got an evening call telling me I could pick it up the next day out of the blue. My insurance was able to do it last minute and fax Tesla all the necessary documents. What you can do, however, is call now and provide all the info you can so next time its already an active file...

Yeah the financing is a little screwy on the site. At first it looked like taxes and a few other things weren't included so I didn't put anything down on it. Later it came back with everything in it minus the deposit. It is better to throw money at the loan after anyways, sometimes they increase...

Congrats! The waiting is just the worse but it is soooo worth the wait!

I finally got my M3 and I am so happy. Expectations were high and they were beat. Can't wait to see how the awd handles in the snow :P
