I just came from Westfield white city, I’m set up with smart parking and don’t have a private plate but the free parking didn’t apply automatically. I was only there for 45 mins to charge. Have to assume policy changed? I’ll try popping into the Tesla store next time to ask.

I used the chat facility on the website after seeing you post this. They were a little slow to respond, I kept the window open for a good 10-15 mins before they replied. Good news for me is the car is nearly at Southampton!

Yeah part of the reason why i went with them was because they said it was in stock. Still hopeful it can be delivered this month. Thanks for the point about the VIN, I'll give Tesla a call to find out.
