I have never heard of this organization. Please let me know what you discover, the pricing is outstanding, I am not going to DIY my system, so I would love to understand who they contract with to install, and here the feedback that the company has received from customers on pricing and installs.

I am trying to pair my phone with the powerwalls in the app an I keep getting an error? I can't test the Go Off-Grid feature until I can troubleshoot this Pairing issue. Has anyone else run into this phone pairing issue?

Tesla support got back to me, forced a downgrade to a previous firmware and Tommy system is now back to normal operating procedures. I have not seen the app update yet, not sure how I feel about the new app design.

This is exactly what I am seeing, but is cycles between charging from the grid, to jointly powering my house and grid powering the house, back to charging from the grid, only a few kW at a time, every 2 minutes.
