Have you tried reconnecting the device in the Account & Settings part of your app. Go to Intelligent Octopus and in the list is Reconnect device. I did that the other day when my schedule didn't show up and it worked after doing a reconnect. First time in about 2 months I had to do that.

Yeah it doesn't have the fixings. Oh well it isn't essential right now.

Sorry I should have said they didn't take delivery/collection of vehicle. Possibly the lease company ordered a number of vehicles so Tesla just registers them all en-masse and it was only after the 7 days were up did LeasePlan tell them they didn't want one of them? Interesting point on the VAT...
