I have a friend with a condo in Florida at which many of the units are second homes. Many of these units leave a golf cart in the garage attached to a battery tender. If your unit is similar then just plug your car in the existing 120v outlet which is good for approx. 3-4 miles/hours of range.

If Tesla wanted to be nice they would offer a refund based on $99/mon since purchase and allow said refunds to be applied only to FSD rentals (and maybe also premium connection costs) . As a credit you would then be able to transfer to a newer Tesla.

I'm finding it is a responsible "driver" and so far I'm okay with it being exactly that. The only error is it resumed normal speed before a School zone was actually ended. going 25 mph instead of 20.

I Just looked at that case on internet. It's HUGELY thick. I have a slimmer neoprene (non-Apple) and can charge upside down but not very well right side up. Each case will have differnt characteristics.

Even w/o a case charging is iffy. I think the lens bump and poorly placed mag coils in the MY are to blame. Try placing the camera in upside down.

I also brought a 25 ft 120v high-quality extension cord.

I have no USS. The distance to objects as I pull into my 1-car garage is accurate enough. I park 13 inches from an upright Kayak.

Same for me. However, for the next road trip I take I might buy one month only of FSD.

I just came back from an SF Bay Area to Seattle road trip and have a comparison chart for a few recharge stops. Sorry, it's ugly I'm using Apple's Numbers for this.

I know this is an old thread... I just picked up a 2023 MYLR and my iPhone 14 Pro max doesn't charge. The salesman put his phone on the pad and it did charge. He had an Apple case while I had a cheap Amazon knockoff. Apparently, the mag ring in the case makes a difference. My son has a SPECS...
