I fixed my issue. I believe it was related to the "&". I had 3 contacts with an & in the name (3 businesses). I removed one and changed the "&" to "and" . The next time I got in the car, I saw all the contacts and favorites worked.

Also, what it looks like is that the Lock sounds and the BoomBox custom lock sound are mutually exclusive. I.E. if you want the default horn, enable the lock sounds. If you want a custom sound from Boombox, enable it there, and it will disable the default horn lock sound setting.

After I applied they asked for a copy of my social security card, and a bill from our house. I sent the electricity bill which only had my wifes name, once I sent the mortgage bill with both our names, everything was good.
