SAE J1772 DC (Combo) Connector Adapter for Model S

I would really like to see the ugly, huge CSS being replaced by Type 2. Why should Tesla keep adapting all the time to idiots? I don't like stupid connectors.

Website/Design Studio Update - Twin Chargers no longer available from factory

22kW charger should be standard. Because it gives me the freedom to charge sufficiently fast wherever there is a 32A 3-phase socket (there are thousands of them). With 22kW charger i can use my car without being dependent on any kind of fast charging network. I will not buy any electric car...

Yeah, but try to charge 85kWh battery to full capacity on a Supercharger and CHAdeMO and you will see that CHAdeMO is basically as fast as Supercharger.

    The worlds best home charger!!

A mobile connector for 32A actually does that.

    The worlds best home charger!!

That is very expensive. And it is not a charger, it is just a connector. Charger is what you have in the car. The best solution is a simple 3-phase 32A red socket for 45 Euros like this one: You only need to get a mobile connector for 32A.

I want to build a charging network. Please help.

Well, after over one year of experience, now i know. All that is needed are 400@3x32A sockets with a connector for 3x32A plug. With this I can charge up to 110km an hour. That is is enough. So all we need to do is to put everywhere 400@3x32A sockets. Working on that :) This is cool but it looks...

Resale value for Tesla Model S

The resale value had to go down a lot. I am selling fully loaded Model S P85+ for 84000,- EUR but so far no sale.

    CHAdeMO Adapter

I see, that makes sense. But I thought that only the US and Canada have 100-110V. Then the US Model S owners could find someone in Japan to buy them the adapter there and ship it to the US, right?

It's not about the AWD, the new hardware is more important.
