22kW charger should be standard. Because it gives me the freedom to charge sufficiently fast wherever there is a 32A 3-phase socket (there are thousands of them). With 22kW charger i can use my car without being dependent on any kind of fast charging network. I will not buy any electric car...

That is very expensive. And it is not a charger, it is just a connector. Charger is what you have in the car. The best solution is a simple 3-phase 32A red socket for 45 Euros like this one: You only need to get a mobile connector for 32A.

Well, after over one year of experience, now i know. All that is needed are 400@3x32A sockets with a connector for 3x32A plug. With this I can charge up to 110km an hour. That is is enough. So all we need to do is to put everywhere 400@3x32A sockets. Working on that :) This is cool but it looks...

I see, that makes sense. But I thought that only the US and Canada have 100-110V. :smile: Then the US Model S owners could find someone in Japan to buy them the adapter there and ship it to the US, right?

It's EU model from Eurozone country, so it's in EUR.

It's not about the AWD, the new hardware is more important.
